Frapp & Capp

A specialty coffee brand for a Bankstown café, run as a social enterprise by TLC Disability Services, giving baristas a paycheck, skills, and confidence that are truly theirs.

Frapp & Capp needed a site that could do two jobs at once: sell great coffee to a Bankstown neighbourhood, and make the case for its social mission. It's a social enterprise run by TLC Disability Services, and every cup poured funds real training and real employment for people with disabilities in the community.

Before this build, the brand had no dedicated web presence to point customers, hires, or supporters to.

The numbers behind the mission, published on the site itself so anyone can see what “just staffing a till” would have cost instead:

4,960
Hours of paid, meaningful employment created since opening (a conservative floor: the real number is higher)
2023
Opened its doors on West Terrace, Bankstown
100%
Arabica beans, roasted and bagged in-house

“Every cup funds meaningful employment.”

A full multi-page site covering the whole customer and hiring journey, not just a single landing page:

  • Home
  • Menu
  • Shop Beans
  • Our Story
  • Visit
  • Careers

The design leans on the brand's own warm, everyday palette: cream, orange, and navy, and keeps the “real careers” message visible above the fold rather than buried in an About page. The social mission is as much a reason to choose Frapp & Capp as the coffee itself.

Careers is written to attract the next barista, not just customers. It walks through the real training pathway baristas complete (grinding, dialling in, milk texture, front-of-house) before they ever pull a shot for a customer. The site had to sell the job as convincingly as the coffee.
